These Terms apply to your use of BarCraft AI. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Legal Drinking Age

BarCraft AI is an alcohol-related app. You may use it only if you are of legal drinking age in your location and may legally view alcohol-related content.

AI-Generated Content

BarCraft AI uses third-party AI services to identify bottles and suggest cocktail recipes from selected photos and saved bottle data. AI results can be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for checking ingredients, measurements, allergies, dietary restrictions, and safe consumption.

Responsible Use

• Do not use BarCraft AI to encourage unsafe drinking, underage drinking, illegal activity, or impaired driving.
• Do not rely on recipes as medical, health, legal, or safety advice.
• Use alcohol responsibly and follow applicable laws.

Subscriptions and Purchases

If subscriptions are offered, purchases are processed by Apple through your Apple ID. Subscription terms, pricing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through Apple. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. Access to premium AI features may include scan quotas or other limits shown in the app.

Your Content

You are responsible for photos, bottle entries, recipe preferences, and saved data you choose to use with BarCraft AI. By using AI scan or recipe features, you allow BarCraft AI to process that content as described in our Privacy Policy.

Account and Data Requests

The current app does not require account sign-in. You can reset local app data in Settings. To request deletion of server-side scan, recipe, usage, or entitlement records, contact hello@barcraft.ai.

Apple Terms

For iOS users, these Terms are in addition to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, these Terms apply only where they do not conflict with Apple's required terms.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the app changes. The effective date above shows when this page was last updated.
